Leif believes we can achieve more when we raise our stakes on better learning at the workplace. In his company, Actee, they have specialized in game-based learning within the field of change management, leadership training and relational communication. Everyone from the one-man-consultancy to large international enterprises are using their digital simulation platform to create engaging and involving learning activities inviting all users to take ownership of their learning.
Leif has for many years, worked with organisational change. His experience has taught him that successful change projects focus on people, learning in all corners of the organization, and well-planned development processes.
Previously, Leif has founded a series of start-up companies, and has worked as CEO of Relation Technologies from 2010 to 2017. From 2018 Leif is venturing a new chapter in his career as the founder and CEO of the company Actee, where they have developed a digital simulation platform.
